Top Innova Storylines from the 2024 DGPT Championship

​ ​The 2024 Disc Golf Pro Tour Championship provided an exhilarating conclusion to an outstanding season for fans. Both the FPO and MPO divisions saw intense battles for significant payouts, with the leaders in each division being overtaken by second place. Ohn Scoggins of Team Innova tied for the hot round on days two and three, while Calvin Heimburg surpassed the $100,000 earnings mark for the 2024 season. Ohn’s impressive performance earned her a 1010-rated score across four rounds, one of the best FPO ratings for a second place finish. She also led the field in Fairway Hits, had no OB strokes, and putted at an impressive 95% from C1x. Eveliina Salonen also had a standout season, finishing in 4th place at the DGPT final and winning the Champions Cup, Worlds, and two DGPT events. Henna Blomroos took 6th place and excelled in Strokes Gained Tee to Green, Parked percentage, and C1 & C2 Hits in Regulation. Calvin Heimburg bounced back after a slow first round to tie for 4th place and cross the $100,000 earnings mark for the year. Keith Emerson also had a strong comeback on the final day, shooting -8 and jumping 8 spots up the leaderboard to tie for 13th place.
