The House of Discs did not come to fruition overnight, nor was it built in recent years. Its foundation was laid many years ago by pioneers, enthusiasts, visionaries, and disc golfers who dedicated countless hours and tireless effort to create thriving disc golf companies and renowned brand names worldwide. However, just as the House of Discs was gaining momentum, an unexpected challenge emerged – a global pandemic that turned the world and disc golf community upside down. Despite this, the pandemic also brought a surge of interest in the sport, with more people than ever before taking to the outdoors and rediscovering their love for disc golf. As a result, demand for disc golf equipment skyrocketed, causing a shortage of discs and prompting discussions on how to make the sport more accessible to the masses. In response, House of Discs was formed, with experienced professionals from outside the disc golf industry joining forces to guide its future. Motivated by a genuine passion for the sport, these founders united to pursue their shared vision and bring multiple disc golf brands under one roof. However, this undertaking was not without its challenges, especially amidst a downturn in the disc golf market. Yet, through perseverance and a deep understanding of the sport’s history, players, and intricacies, House of Discs is determined to overcome these obstacles. Effective immediately, the House of Discs brands are back in the hands of disc golfers, with a renewed focus on their original DNA under founder-led management. David Berglund, the founder of Latitude 64, has returned as CEO of House of Discs, while Seth Fendley and Juho Rantalaiho have been promoted to General Managers of North America and Europe, respectively.
