Introducing Innova Europe

​ ​Innova Disc Golf and DiscSport from Estonia are excited to announce the formation of Innova Europe, a new venture based in Pärnu, Estonia. This partnership between the leading disc manufacturer in disc golf and the premier distributor and online retailer in the Baltic region and Europe marks a significant milestone in the growth and accessibility of disc golf across Europe. Rene Mengel, founder and owner of DiscSport, will serve as part-owner and General Manager of Innova Europe. With a strong background in sales and entrepreneurship, Rene has been a key figure in the European disc golf scene since 2008, growing DiscSport from a local retailer to a major distributor serving players across Europe. The direct partnership between Innova and DiscSport began in 2018 when Rene met Sam Ferrans, Innova’s Strategic Partnerships Manager. Their shared vision for the sport and commitment to growing disc golf in Europe laid the groundwork for this new venture. Innova Europe aims to provide easier access to Innova’s diverse catalog of discs and accessories, meeting the needs of disc golfers, tournament directors, course designers, and ambassadors throughout Europe. According to Sam Ferrans, “Innova Europe is all about making it easier for players and shops to access our full range of products.
