Top Innova Storylines at the 2024 Preserve Championship

​ ​Innova’s Team made a splash in the news at last weekend’s Preserve Championship, despite the absence of some of their top players. The team welcomed a beloved athlete to Team Champion, saw players achieve their best finishes of the season, and witnessed Ohn Scoggins rise to the top of the 2024 DGPT point standings. In round one of the championship, KJ donned his Team Innova wings for the first time. Scoggins’ impressive performance tied her for 5th place and propelled her to the number one spot in the DGPT World Standings for 2024. Meanwhile, Garrett Gurthie’s consistent -9 rounds earned him his best finish on the Tour this season, tying for 8th place. Cal Lonnquist, a rising star for Innova, has already secured three top 20 finishes in 2024. And Kat Mertsch’s final round push, shooting a -4 and jumping 12 spots on the leaderboard, landed her in a tie for 16th place.
