As the year comes to a close, it’s time for us to temporarily close our doors and take a break. The Discmania USA staff will be out of the office starting at 3:00 PM Mountain Time on Friday, December 22nd and will return on Wednesday, January 3rd, ready to get back to work (and ship orders)! For those who have purchased our Mystery Boxes, we estimate that orders placed by Wednesday, January 3rd will be shipped by Friday, January 19th. Any orders placed outside of this window may experience delays. Please note that this fulfillment window is subject to change. We will do our best to ship orders sooner, so be sure to check back for updates.
During this break, our customer service team will have limited availability. We will still be checking emails, but phone services will not be available. If you have any questions or requests, please feel free to submit them and we will respond as soon as possible when we return. Customer requests will be processed in the order they are received.
If you are concerned about fulfillment times, you are welcome to request a cancellation of your order. By placing an order between December 22nd and January 3rd, you acknowledge the possibility of delays and understand that you will not receive additional compensation for this.
